1General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") BDJL and constitutes a legally binding agreement between BDJL and its users. BDJLBy using -'s website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

If these Terms have not been read or are not fully understood, BDJLshould not use our services. We always want our members to use the platform with full awareness.

2Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

BDJLAll information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited, and any account found to have done so will be closed immediately.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for verification purposes
• Keeping your password confidential is the member's responsibility
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party
• If your information changes, BDJLmust be notified

3Age Restriction & Eligibility

BDJL-'s services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated, and the balance may not be refunded.

• Any individual under the age of 18
• BDJLEmployees of - and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded

4Betting Rules & Result Determination

BDJLOnce a bet is placed on -, it is final. Bets cannot be cancelled without valid reason. However, under certain circumstances (match abandonment, technical errors, etc.) BDJL reserves the right to cancel bets.

If the internet disconnects or a bet is accepted with a delay during Live Betting BDJL is not liable. All bets are recorded according to server time.

5Deposit & Payment Methods

BDJLDeposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are generally instant — balance is credited within 15 minutes at most
• Deposits must be made from the same mobile number used to register the account
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted

6Withdrawal Policy & Process

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. BDJL All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Maximum Weekly Withdrawal: ৳3,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be made to registered mobile banking accounts
• Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal

BDJL reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud. Once the investigation is complete, legitimate withdrawals will be processed.

7Bonus, Voucher & Promotion Terms

BDJLAll bonus offers on BDJL are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.

• Welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• When betting with a bonus, your main balance is used first
• Only bets placed with bonus funds count towards meeting wagering requirements
• Any unused bonus is forfeited once the bonus period expires
• BDJL reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion

8Prohibited Activities & Conduct

BDJLstrictly prohibits the following activities. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action:

• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds
• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Use of false identity or documents
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation
• Addressing customer support with threatening or abusive language
• Attempting to defraud other members

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

BDJL BDJL reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these Terms — without prior notice.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn prior to closure. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

As part of our responsible gaming policy, members may self-impose a cooling-off period by temporarily suspending their account for a set duration.

10Limitation of Liability

BDJL is not responsible for the following:

• Bets Lost Due to Internet Disconnection
• Third-party technical issues
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss of password or account information due to the member's own fault
• Personal financial losses incurred by members through betting

Under no circumstances BDJL's liability shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

11Privacy & Data Protection

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties
• Member consent is obtained for marketing communications

12Responsible Gaming Policy

BDJL believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we offer a range of responsible gaming tools:
